Cancellation, Return and Refund

Returning Products

A request for return of a product must be made within the following timelines:

  • In case the outer/inner product packaging is open or the product security seal is broken – on the same day of delivery of the product.
  • In case product is defective and/or damaged on delivery – within 2 business days of delivery of the product.
  • In case the product is materially different to that selected by you – within 2 business days of delivery of the product.
  • In any other applicable case – within 14 days from the date on which the product was delivered.


Once we are informed, we may require you to submit certain information, including:

(i) Short description of the case (a few questions will be asked to help us understand the case); (ii) Photographs of the received package or products; and (iii) Any other information required by us to understand and investigate the case.


After investigation, the approval of your request for a return and refund or exchange will be made by us in our sole discretion. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product(s) to us. You should send the product(s) at the following address: Jasish Healthcare LLP, Plot No. – 12, Part-A Basement, Block No. – F, Preet Vihar, Delhi 110092. 


Additional Conditions for Return

In order for the product(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the product(s) were purchased in the last 14 days and the product(s) are in the original packaging. The following Product(s) cannot be returned: 

  • Product(s) made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Product(s) which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • Product(s) which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Product(s) which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced product(s) may be refunded. Unfortunately, product(s) on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.


Refund

For payment made by:

  • Debit/Credit or any other card – We will refund in the same bank account.
  • Cash on delivery or any other mode – An online transfer would be made using bank account details shared by the customer.

The money will be refunded according to the guidelines stated above in 14 working days from the date refund is approved.
