Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Process
- Order Processing & Quality Check: Once your order is placed, our team carefully processes it. Every product undergoes a strict quality inspection to ensure it is in perfect condition before being dispatched.
- Secure Packaging: After passing the final quality check, the products are securely packed to maintain safety, hygiene, and freshness during transit.
- Handover to Delivery Partner: We then hand over your package to one of our trusted delivery partners, who ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
- Delivery to Your Doorstep: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package to the provided address at the earliest. If they face any issues reaching your location or delivering at a convenient time, they will contact you directly to coordinate and resolve the matter.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, including shipping charges, may apply on certain products/services and would be communicated at the time of order processing.
Delivery Locations
Currently, Jasish Healthcare LLP delivers throughout India. We are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!
Delivery Timelines
We deliver your orders within 5-9 business working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) as soon as we dispatch. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations may take up to 9 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.
Dispatch Timelines
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
Our warehouse operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address
If your order is placed but not dispatched, you need to contact our team on jasishhealthcare@gmail.com as soon as possible for the changes in the order. Please note for security reasons we will require you to answer a few security questions before we can make any changes to your order. However, once your order has been dispatched, we would be unable to redirect the order to the secondary delivery address. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Stock Availability
We make every effort to keep our website updated with accurate stock information. However, there may be rare occasions when a stock discrepancy occurs and we are unable to fulfill all items in your order at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will proceed with shipping the available products and will promptly contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or receive a refund for that product. Our goal is to keep the process transparent and ensure a hassle-free experience for you.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track your order 24 hours after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, it means that different items are being dispatched from separate warehouse locations.
Duties and Taxes
There are no hidden charges when you buy any product from us. The prices listed on our website during checkout are final and inclusive of all taxes. Shipping charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of order processing.
